Who owns the website?

The client owns the completed site and its content, subject to ordinary third-party software licenses.

Who owns the domain?

The client should register and control the domain in an account they own.

Is hosting included?

Hosting is included for qualifying standard websites. High bandwidth, storage, compute, premium services, or unusual support needs are scoped separately.

Are there contracts?

Any ongoing work is explained in writing before it begins. The program is not an expensive website lease.

What counts as a starter website?
